Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By adding Novy ("the Bot") to a Discord server, logging in to this website, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Novy.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your country and have the authority to add bots to, and manage, the server where you use Novy. You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Novy to harass, threaten or harm others, to break the law, to spread malware or spam, to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service, or to access settings of servers you do not manage. Server owners are responsible for how Novy's moderation tools are configured and used in their own communities.

4. Moderation tools

Novy provides moderation, automod, security and logging features as aids. They may make mistakes or fail. You are solely responsible for actions taken in your server and for reviewing them. Novy is not a substitute for human moderators.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

6. Termination

We may restrict or remove access to Novy for any server or user that violates these terms or abuses the service. You may stop using Novy at any time by removing the Bot from your server.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Novy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Novy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, server access or community content arising from your use of the service.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Novy support server on Discord.
