1. What we collect

To provide its features, Novy processes the following data from servers where it is installed:

• Server settings: server, channel, category and role IDs, and the messages and options you configure (welcome text, ticket panel text and images, automod rules, and similar).
• Moderation data: user IDs, moderator IDs, reasons, timestamps and case history for warnings, timeouts, kicks and bans.
• Ticket and security records: ticket owners and status, and security event records such as raid or anti-nuke alerts.
• Message content: messages are read in real time so automod and logging features can work. Novy does not keep a general archive of messages; content may appear in the log channels you choose.
• Website login: when you log in with Discord we receive your user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you are in, and we use your permissions to show servers you can manage.

2. How we use it

Only to operate Novy's features, show you your dashboard, keep the service secure, and fix errors. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Storage and sharing

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers and is shared only with those providers and with Discord as needed to run the service. Login sessions use a signed cookie in your browser; we do not store your Discord access token on our servers.

4. Retention and deletion

Server data is kept while Novy is in your server. Server owners can reset or request deletion of their server's data, and any user can request deletion of their personal data (such as moderation records) by contacting us through the support server.

5. Children

Novy is not intended for anyone below the minimum age permitted by Discord.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
